Onion Dip

 

Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
3 large onions, steamed
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 cup whipping cream
2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 teaspoon thyme

 

Directions:

Dice the onion.  Steam the onion for 5 minutes.  Set aside.

Combine cream cheese and cream.  Melt over medium heat.

Add remaining ingredients (including the steamed onions).  Heat through.

Serve with raw vegetables, crackers, or bread pieces.

Refrigerate leftovers.
